Proposals that fit the issue
and provide a solution.
The president of a driving school attended a Salesforce seminar hosted by our company, feeling a sense of crisis due to the difficult business environment caused by the declining birthrate. After visiting the school and hearing about its challenges, we proposed the value that Salesforce could provide. He understood that by using Salesforce to share information on prospects and sales activities, and to analyze the status of students from enrollment to graduation, it would be possible to improve sales, increase efficiency, and raise the awareness of employees. The president was particularly pleased with the reporting and dashboard functions. He appreciated the fact that it can be freely customized on the user side.

All staff will work to
acquire students.
Development began with the goal of reliably increasing the number of students through a precise approach. Existing data on commuting students and prospective students was organized and imported into Salesforce to enable registration of useful information that would lead to further student acquisition. The goal was to build a system that would enable efficient pursuit of students. At the same time, all staff members implemented activities to acquire students based on the system, including sales activities by instructors who have many contacts with students. As a result, one year after the introduction of the system, the number of students increased 1.14 times. Not only did the system produce solid results, but it was also a great success in changing the mindset of the staff toward acquiring students.

New systems are installed
with expandability.
Some time later, we received another request. We were told that due to an increase in the number of students, we were no longer able to cope with the manual reservation management. Furthermore, they had stopped accepting new students, so there were still vacancies even during the busy season. Taking advantage of Salesforce's scalability, we built a reservation management system that would allow them to see at a glance the status of their vacancies. This system eliminated not only the cumbersome task of managing reservations by hand, but also lost opportunities. The delivery of a system is not the end of the process. We can maximize the effectiveness of the system only by taking good care of it even after its introduction.
